5-Ingredient Breakfast Bars
- In a medium heavy pot, combine almond milk, peanut butter, and maple syrup over low heat. Stir just until all ingredients are well combined and warmed through. Add protein powder and oats. Stir to combine well.
- Lightly grease an 8×8 pan, or alternatively, line with parchment paper. Press mixture evenly into pan.
- Allow bars to cool completely, then cut into squares.
- Drizzle with melted chocolate and enjoy! Store leftover bars in the fridge for up to one week.
