Collagen Gazpacho

Get ready to enjoy this tasty bowl of refreshing gazpacho! A delicious puree of veggies and zesty lemon is only made better by collagen peptides to support nail, skin, and join health.

  • 4 large tomatoes
  • 1/2 shallot
  • 1/3 cup water
  • sea salt to taste
  • pinch of cracked pepper
  • 1/2 skinned cucumber
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • cilantro leaves to taste
  • 1/2 scoop Orgain Collagen Peptides Powder


  • In a food processor or blender, puree all the ingredients (except Orgain Collagen). Chill for 30 minutes to an hour. 
  • Right before serving, stir 1 scoop Orgain Collagen Powder into the cold soup.
  • Ladle soup into bowls, top with avocado, peppers, and tomatoes. 
  • Enjoy!
