Studies show that a high-protein diet can account for a number of health benefits:

Eating an appropriate amount of protein on a daily basis will help you to feel more energized and satisfied. We’ve shared a list of some of our top clean and lean protein options to help you get through your day and stay on track while working towards your health and fitness goals.

Quinoa

With 8 grams of protein per serving quinoa is one of the cleanest and most versatile vegetarian protein options. Make it sweet or savory–quinoa can be enjoyed with any meal as an added side or hearty base. Loaded with fiber, iron, and magnesium it’s the total package for our vegetarian friends who are looking to nourish both body and mind. Nuts and seeds
