Ingredients
  1. 6 eggs
  2. 1 cup organic pumpkin
  3. 1 large ripe banana
  4. 1 cup gluten free oats (or regular if not gluten free)
  5. 4 scoops Orgain Creamy Chocolate Fudge Protein Powder
  6. 1/2 cup almond meal
  7. 2 tbsp cacao powder
  8. 2 tbsp hemp hearts
  9. 1 tsp vanilla
  10. 1/2 tsp baking soda
  11. Pinch of sea salt
  12. 1/3 cup almond milk (if batter is too thick, add a little more until desired consistency is achieved)
Instructions
  1. Mix all in a blender (until oats are incorporated) and cook on a griddle coated with coconut oil. If you prefer texture in your pancakes, don't blend as long ... and add the hemp hearts after blending.
Optional add ins
  1. 2 tbsp maple syrup (for sweetness)
  2. 1 tsp cinnamon
  3. 1/3 cup Enjoy Life mini chocolate chips
