Ingredients
  1. 1 1/2 cup Orgain Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
  2. 1 banana
  3. 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  4. 1 tsp matcha green tea powder
  5. 1 -2 dates, soaked and pitted
  6. Pinch salt
  7. 1/2 cup chia seeds
Toppings
  1. Whipped coconut cream
  2. Toasted coconut
Instructions
  1. In a high speed blender, combine all the above ingredients, except for the chia seeds. Blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into a medium sized bowl and gently whisk in chia seeds.
  3. Cover and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 1 hour so the chia seeds can absorb the liquid.
  4. Stores well in the fridge, covered for up to 2 - 3 days.
