Ingredients
  1. 1 avocado, peeled and pitted
  2. 1 large banana, peeled and frozen
  3. 1 cup pineapple, chopped
  4. 3 leafy, kale stems
  5. 1 scoop Orgain Original Superfoods Powder
  6. 1/2 cup coconut milk
  7. 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  8. fruit, nuts + seeds for topping (optional)
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend on high for 30 - 45 seconds. The longer you process it, the more it with emulsify resulting in a light and fluffy smoothie base.
  2. Transfer into a bowl and top with fruit of your choice.
  3. Enjoy!
