Ingredients
- 1 cup grass-fed, organic unsalted butter
- 2 cups coconut sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp. almond extract
- 4 cups whole-wheat flour
- 1/2 cup Organic Plant Based Protein Powder - Vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 4 tsp. baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- Zest of two oranges
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, yogurt and almond extract and blend. Add dry ingredients and mix just until combined.
- Roll dough out and cut with cookie cutters. Place on parchment-covered cookie sheets and bake at 375 for 7 minutes.
- Melt chocolate chips in double boiler or in microwave in 30-second intervals (stirring in between) until just melted.
- When cookies have cooled, put a dollop of chocolate in the middle of each one and sprinkle with dried cranberries. Drizzle with more chocolate and top with orange zest.
