Ingredients
  1. 1/2 cup pumpkin
  2. ½ cup coconut flour
  3. ½ cup nut butter
  4. ½ cup Orgain Chocolate Protein Powder
  5. 2 TBS maple or coconut sugar
  6. Optional mix ins: ½ cup crushed walnuts, chocolate chips, or dried fruit
Instructions
  1. 1- Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and pulse until well combined and sticky, scraping down the sides as needed to recombine.
  2. 2- Roll into ~1 TBS balls with your hands and roll balls in optional maple or coconut sugar. Transfer balls to the freezer for a chilled treat or enjoy at room temp!
