Recipes to help you stay healthy over Memorial Day Weekend

May 3, 2018

The temperatures are on the up and up and we’re getting ready for backyard barbecue season!

Grilled vegetables are a highlight of the season, and since grilling makes just about everything taste amazing, it’s a great time of year to enjoy more fruits and veggies with less salt and oils than you might usually add. A fresh greens salad topped with grilled peppers, onions, asparagus, zucchini, and even tomatoes is what dinner dreams are made of.

Even with all of these great grilled vegetables to fill our plates, staying on track with clean and healthy eating habits when the grill is fired up can be challenging, but it certainly isn’t impossible.

Luckily, we’ve got a protein packed, fiber fortified, and sweet superfood treat for every occasion.
