Sierra Nielsen for Orgain: Week 1 Workout #2: On-the-Go Cardio Blast

Traveling for the holidays or can’t find time to get to the gym? No problem! Power through this

quick lower body and core cardio circuit which can be done anywhere! This fat-melting workout

will help improve your endurance and burn off all those holiday cookies!

Perform all 7 exercises below in order:

  • Plyometric Reverse Lunge Knee Up, 10 on each leg
  • Skater Curtsy Lunges, 10 on each leg
  • Banded Pop Squats, 20 reps
  • Around The World Lunge: 10 total reps
  • Plank Lateral Toe Taps, 30 total reps (15 taps on each side)
  • Plank Shoulder Taps, 30 total reps (15 taps on each side)
  • Bicycle Crunches, 30 total

Rest for 1-2 minutes then repeat 3-4 times.
