  1. ½ cup frozen raspberries
  2. ⅓ cup frozen cauliflower (steamed first then frozen)
  3. ½ avocado
  4. 1 scoop Organic Plant Based Protein Powder - Vanilla
  5. 1 cup almond milk
Tropical Zucchini
  1. ½ cup frozen zucchini (steamed first then freezed)
  2. ½ frozen banana
  3. ⅓ cup frozen pineapple
  4. 1 scoop Organic Plant Based Protein Powder - Vanilla
  5. 1 cup of Coconut Water
Butternut Peach Smoothie
  1. ½ cup frozen butternut squash (steamed first then freezed)
  2. ⅓ cup frozen peaches
  3. 1 scoop Organic Plant Based Protein Powder - Vanilla
  4. Juice of ½ an orange
  5. 1 cup almond milk
Instructions
  1. Choose from Raspberry Cauliflower, Tropical Zucchini or Butternut Peach!
  2. Combine ingredients in blender.
  3. Blend until smooth and enjoy!
