Unicorn Protein Smoothie

Jazz up that smoothie routine with this unicorn of a protein smoothie that is truly magical. It's the ultimate fruit/protein smoothie with kiwi, mango, strawberry, blueberries and our vanilla protein powder.

  • 2 full scoops of Orgain Vanilla Bean Organic Plant Protein Powder
  • 1 Cup of Orgain Lightly Sweetened Almond Milk (substitute any milk alternative of choice)
  • ¼ Cup of frozen Kiwi
  • ¼ Cup of frozen Mango
  • ¼ Cup of frozen Blueberries
  • ¼ Cup of frozen Strawberries
  • Optional – Edible Sparkles or additional fruit chunks

Kitchen Tools

  • 4 mixing containers
  • A handheld blender
  • 1 tall glass
  • Instructions

    1. Place each 1/4 cup of fruit into a separate mixing container. You should have a total of four mixing containers, one for each fruit type.
    2. Next, add a ½ scoop of the Vanilla Bean Organic Plant Protein Powder and a ¼ cup of the Orgain Almond Milk into each mixing bowl.
    3. Blend the ingredients of each container together. The consistency should be a little firmer than greek yogurt.
    4. Finally, locate your favorite tall glass and slowly layer each blend one on top of the other for a layered affect. Top with edible sparkles or frozen fruit and enjoy!
    5. Sweet Tip! The fruit and sweetened milk ingredients add just enough sweetness for the perfect smoothie. If you desire a sweeter more dessert-like shake, add in a hint of any sweetener of choice to each container before mixing and layering.
