Ingredients
  1. 6 scoops Orgain Pumpkin Spice Protein Powder
  2. 2 cups dates, pitted
  3. 4 Tbsp. coconut oil
  4. 1 cup pumpkin puree
  5. 4 Tbsp. coconut sugar
  6. Pinch of salt, to taste
  7. 2 tsp. cinnamon
  8. 2 tsp. vanilla extract
  9. 2 Tbsp. almond butter
  10. *optional add-ins: walnut or pecan pieces, shredded coconut, dark chocolate chips
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and mix until completely combined. *If using add-ins, gently fold them in before placing mixture in dish.
  2. Place in an 8 x 8 dish and put in refrigerator to set.
  3. Chill for 4-5 hours, or overnight before enjoying!
