Ingredients
  1. 1 1/2 cup pitted medjool date
  2. 1 1/2 cup or rolled oats
  3. 1 cup of raw unsalted almonds
  4. 2 tablespoons black strap molasses
  5. 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  6. 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  7. 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  8. 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  9. 2 scoops Orgain protein powder: Sweet Vanilla Bean
Instructions
  1. Soak dates in water for 15 minutes. Add dates to a food processor (double check each date is without a pit, sometimes they miss one!) Then add all remaining ingredients into a food processor and pulse together until a sticky batter is formed. Roll into balls, place in a container and store in the freezer for 6 hours to set, and then enjoy! Store in the refrigerator and eat within 1 week or store in the freezer and eat within 2 weeks. Also I have to tell you that these molasses bites tastes like little gingerbread cookies and are SO good!
