Ingredients
  1. 1 cup oats
  2. 1 tsp cocoa
  3. 2 tbsp granulated Stevia
  4. 4 scoops Orgain Sweet Vanilla Protein Powder (can use Chocolate as well)
  5. 1 tbsp unsweetened coconut
  6. 1/8 cup sliced almonds
  7. 1 tbsp flax meal
  8. Dash of cinnamon
  9. 2 tbsp almond butter or peanut butter
  10. 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  11. 1 tsp vanilla
Instructions
  1. In the microwave, heat almond butter/peanut butter, almond milk and vanilla
  2. In a bowl, mix together the rest of the ingredients
  3. Pour warm ingredients into dry mixture and mix together.
  4. Spread out on pan/cookie sheet
  5. Sprinkle top with Stevia and unsweetened coconut and put in freezer for an hour.
  6. Move to fridge to store and enjoy!
