Ingredients
  1. ½ cup GF old-fashioned rolled oats
  2. 1 scoop Orgain Vanilla Bean Protein Powder
  3. 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  4. 2 tsp chia seeds
  5. ½ cup frozen or fresh mixed berries (raspberries, blackberries, and blueberries)
  6. 1/2 TBS pure maple syrup
  7. Shredded coconut (for serving)
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to a large saucepan or pot over medium heat. Heat for 10 minutes, stirring often, until the oats thicken and absorb all of the liquid. Add more almond milk as needed for a creamier consistency. Serve immediately in a bowl with more fresh berries and shredded coconut
